Meredith Arden, APRN

Meredith is a mental health nurse practitioner with experience in women’s health, parenting challenges, child development, anxiety, depression,  attention deficit disorder and other mental health disorders.

Meredith has assisted patients with the thoughtful decision to initiate medication management for symptoms of depression, anxiety, anger, obsessive-compulsive disorder, mood disorders, and attention deficit disorder. Meredith also enjoys working with the LGBTQ community. Meredith takes the time to learn and understand your needs and then collaborate on the best approach to medication.

Meredith is accepting new clients ages 12 and older via telehealth. Meredith accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield, NHP, United, Student Resources, Cigna, Tufts and Aetna.

Please Note: Meredith does not perform neuropsychological testing at this time.
